Ways of working with suppliers:

There are several ways of working with suppliers. You can change the operating model at any time at your discretion.

Model #1.
The product is on your site. The customer orders directly on your site, you process the order and pass it to the supplier (while working entirely under your own brand). All orders from your site land in a special Admin Panel. In each order you see the products that were ordered from you. Next to each product there will be a link to order that product on the supplier's site. With this model you can set any markup on the product.
Thus — the customer pays you with a markup for the product, and you order the product from the supplier and pay for it minus the markup (+ additionally the supplier gives you a cashback discount from itself). When placing the order with the supplier, you can either immediately order shipment of the product to the customer's address, or you can order the goods to your address and then send them to the customer from yourself (for example, if you want to ship cash-on-delivery).
Model #2.
You will have a site with the supplier's product catalog. When a customer clicks on a product, they get redirected to the supplier's site, where they can pay for the product right away. The supplier records that the customer came from your site, and credits you a commission (the commission size is individual for each supplier, you can find it in the supplier list). With this model the supplier works with and advises the customer. Even if the customer bought other products, not the ones they originally clicked through from your site, you are credited commission on all the products.

How to order and connect the catalog.

If you are not yet registered in the new Openmall Admin panel — register via the link — http://openmall.biz/admin and log in to your account.
In the top right there will be an «Add funds» button — top up your account by $75 (depending on the number of suppliers and the chosen plan). After that, let our managers in support know in free form about your intention to connect a supplier and the name of that supplier, and also provide your login in the Openmall system. Next, the managers will begin installing the site according to the chosen plan. The site launch takes about 1–3 days. After that, our managers will submit the site name to the supplier for moderation, so that they approve the discount. Average moderation time is 5–7 days. After the site is approved and the discount on products is obtained, the supplier provides access to the product catalog and we connect to that catalog and upload the supplier's products. (Here it's worth noting that the supplier does not provide all the products from their own online store in the partner catalog. Some suppliers may provide only part of the products, or only those products on which they give discounts). If for some reason the supplier does not approve the cooperation, or you are not satisfied with the list of products the supplier provides, you will be able to switch to a different supplier for free. You can request a list of products from our support team in advance and they will send you the supplier's product feed so you can preview it beforehand.
